MEET FRANCES ROSALES

Frances Rosales is a Rutherford County School Board Vice Chair, mother of four, and longtime Tennessee resident. Her children attended Blackman schools, and her youngest currently attends Poplar Hill Elementary, giving her firsthand insight into the needs of local families. She has also stepped into the classroom as a substitute teacher for the past four years, gaining direct experience working with students and educators.

A University of Tennessee graduate, she brings over 20 years of experience in business and marketing. Frances and her family attend Bethel Murfreesboro, and she serves in leadership with the BreakThru Tennessee nonprofit. She is committed to strong schools, fiscal responsibility, and serving Rutherford County families.
